New Year's Eve
Before you know it, it’ll be the biggest night of 2023: New Year’s Eve. Book soon, so you don’t miss out!
Join us with family and friends for an a la carte menu of sensational regional Chinese dishes, or select our special NYE set menu that is available at both venues for the evening.
The NYE set menu is $149 per person. It’s the only set menu available for the evening. A minimum spend of $149 per person is required for the second seating, from 8pm onwards.
10% Sunday surcharge, or 10% surcharge for groups of 6+ guests applies.

Give the gift of great taste this Christmas with a Hunter St. Hospitality gift card and you will receive a bonus gift card worth 25% of the value of the card you bought. Bonus gift cards will be emailed on January 4th.
Our gift cards are available as physical or digital cards and can be redeemed at Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, Rosetta Ristorante, and Saké Restaurant & Bar
Physical cards can be bought in venue, digital cards can be ordered online and are delivered immediately to a nominated email address.

Mud Crab Season

It’s Mud Crab season when they’re at their seasonal best, with luxurious, irresistibly sweet flesh. We source live Mud Crabs from Queensland, cook them to order, and serve them with range of traditional sauces, including:

The Spice Temple Bar menu, available from 4pm-late, includes Spice Temple signature dishes in smaller portion sizes from $5-$15.
No bookings. Walk-ins are welcome.
Entrance is via Level B1, Crown Complex.
Lunch Noodles
Spice Temple Sydney
Join us for lunch at the bar, with a dedicated bar menu that includes generous bowls of delicious noodles. It’s a quick lunch option that is value-packed and brimful of premium produce.
Each bowl of fragrant noodles bears Spice Temple’s signature regional Chinese stamp and can be paired with a Tsing Tao beer or a glass of white or red wine for just $25.
