Spice Temple Sydney is hosting two Dumplings & Things Masterclasses during the month-long festival of food. The small-group, hands-on sessions are hosted by Executive Chef Andy Evans, who will teach participants the craft behind two signature dumplings – pork and prawn, and lamb and fennel – as well as how to make fragrant chicken salad with ginger and shallot, and Spice Temple’s flavourful house-fried rice.
Learn how to pleat intricate dumplings, mix a spice-balanced salad and toss a wok of irresistible fried rice, under the watchful eye of Chef Andy and team. Participants can enjoy their cooked masterpieces, alongside a glass of selected wine or beer, after the session. The masterclass is not available in Melbourne.
