Welcome the Year of the Horse with a limited-time Lunar New Year Banquet at Spice Temple, available from February 9 to March 3.
Sydney’s banquet honours the season with a vibrant Pink Snapper Yu Sheng, seafood dumplings and pipies for good fortune, and Coral Trout with long-life noodles for longevity, supported by celebratory dishes like pork belly with rice cake, premium beef, and seasonal greens.
Melbourne’s menu offers its own expression of the celebration — from refreshing beginnings to a bright ocean trout Yu Sheng, followed by greenlip abalone with Black Oscietra caviar, festive seafood, smoky longevity noodles, and Berkshire pork belly with soft gua bao.
As a final touch, every banquet guest will receive a red-packet gesture — a timeless symbol of luck, gratitude, and fresh beginnings.

Spice Temple Sydney presents a one-night-only Supplier Dinner – ‘From the Source’ on Wednesday, March 18th in collaboration with Nicholson & Saville.
Created exclusively for the evening, the menu features 100% Australian-sourced produce supplied by Nicholson & Saville, interpreted through Spice Temple’s signature flavours. Each dish reflects the integrity of the ingredient and the precision of the kitchen.
Derek from Nicholson & Saville will join us to share the story behind the produce and the 20-year relationship behind the partnership. This is not a menu available on a regular visit, but a limited, one-off experience bringing together exceptional ingredients, considered cooking and the people behind both.
Step into bold flavour this Easter, where fragrant, spice-laden dishes and an intimate atmosphere set the scene for a truly memorable celebration.
Share in silky Raw Yellowfin Tuna with spicy orange oil, Sweet & Sour Pork, and Steamed Flathead Jiangxi style, each dish a masterful balance of texture and intensity. With a refined drinks list and moody elegance, Spice Temple promises an Easter experience like no other.
Designed exclusively for the bar and available weekdays from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, Spice Hour invites guests to explore the Zodiac cocktail menu, alongside a considered selection of beer and wine. No need to book ahead, just walk in and join us.
An effortless transition into the evening, it’s equally suited to a quiet drink after work or the start of a longer night.
