Please note that once your order has been accepted by the venue you will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order. We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds and or exchanges will be considered where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
We do not offer returns on perishable items under any circumstances during the COVID-19 crisis. Only packaged items that have been unopened and are undamaged or have been incorrectly supplied as part of an order will be considered for exchange.
